Yes, check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. However, you can enjoy the Wellness area from 10:00 AM on the day of arrival and until closing time on the day of check-out.
You can arrive after closing time, but there will be no check-in. We will provide information to retrieve your room bracelets via a code box system located outside the building. It is still necessary to inform the reception at the time of your reservation.
Breakfast is available from 8 AM until 10 AM in the form of a buffet.
Yes, two charging stations are available in our parking lot. These operate with your subscription card.
It’s not necessary because a comfort pack is available in each room for use in the wellness area.
Yes, with a reservation made in advance or on the day before 3 PM, it’s possible to order a gourmet basket for €30/person (3-course menu – cold dishes) which will be delivered to your room between 6 PM and 6:30 PM.

Yes, it is necessary to book your treatment by email or phone. Note that the waiting time can extend up to 3 weeks. It’s therefore preferable to book in advance.

Family days take place every last Wednesday of the month. Any exceptional date changes are announced on our social media and on our website in the ‘family day’ tab.
